About Us


The non-profit Korian Foundation for Care and Dignified Aging was founded in 2020 with the aim of supporting innovative projects and research initiatives in geriatric care and healthcare. In addition to promoting research in the fields of nursing, geriatrics and medicine, this also includes the training and further education of nursing professionals.

    The focus of the foundation's work is primarily on nursing staff. Improving their working conditions and the reputation of the nursing sector as a whole are central concerns of the foundation. In this way, those in need of care are also taken into account. Dignity, recognition and respect for all parties are the stated goals of the foundation's work. The Korian Foundation is a non-profit trust and is based in Munich.

With the “Korian Foundation for Care and Dignified Aging” we want to strengthen social commitment and work for high-quality care and dignified aging.

Our team


The foundation is managed by a board of directors whose work is monitored by a foundation council.
