About Us
The non-profit Korian Foundation for Care and Dignified Aging was founded in 2020 with the aim of supporting innovative projects and research initiatives in elderly care and healthcare. This includes promoting research in the fields of nursing, geriatrics, and medicine, as well as the training and continuing education of nursing professionals.
Our mission
With the “Korian Foundation for Care and Dignified Aging”, we want to strengthen social commitment and advocate for high-quality care and dignified aging.
Focus on care
The foundation's work focuses primarily on caregivers. For us, healthy and motivated caregivers are the key to secure and high-quality nursing care. Promoting and supporting their health is the focus of the foundation's work.

Unser Team
The foundation is managed by an executive board, whose work is overseen by a foundation council. In addition, the foundation is supported by a scientific advisory board, whose members, due to their professional qualifications and positions in social and political life, make a significant contribution to the foundation's work.
Members of the Foundation Board
The Board of Trustees of the Korian Foundation for Care and Dignified Aging comprises executives from within and outside the Korian Group. It ensures that the foundation's mission is fulfilled. To this end, it defines strategic guidelines, approves the budget, and oversees the foundation's activities and projects, as well as the foundation's management.
