Miriam Pusler

Since August 1, 2026, Miriam Pusler has been Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Managing Director and Labor Director of Korian Germany and is responsible for the areas of People Strategy, Learning & Development, Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, HR Shared Services, and HR Operations.

Miriam Pusler has been with Korian since 2015 and has held various HR leadership roles during this time. She started her career at Korian as a project manager in corporate development and took over as head of HR in 2017.

Project management. She subsequently held positions as Head of Workforce Planning and most recently as Head of People Strategy. Her responsibilities included, among other things, the design and company-wide implementation of the Worx compensation system for the nursing sector, the further development of benefit systems, and collaboration with the works council. As a representative of senior management, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of Korian Deutschland GmbH and the Audit Committee until July 2026. Before joining Korian, Miriam Pusler worked at PTC as Director of Workforce Management Global Services.
