Rémi Boyer

Since 2016 Remi Boyer has been HR Director and member of the Executive Committee of KORIAN S.A. France. Furthermore, he has been a member of the supervisory board of KORIAN Germany since 2017. After studying at the Ecole Normale Supérieure and at the Sorbonne University, he began his career at ArcelorMittal where he held various international management positions for more than 12 years.

In 2010, Boyer moved to PSA Peugeot Citroën. Most recently, he was Deputy Head of Human Resources Development and a member of the automotive group's executive committee. In this position, he was responsible, amongst other things, for the restructuring of the personnel development and the fostering of young talents. As HR Director of KORIAN S.A. France, Rémi Boyer works on the development of senior executives, the group-wide strategy for promoting young talent, the employer branding and the strategy for planning jobs and the promotion of competence. Boyer is also responsible for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
