We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As service providers, however, we are not obliged under sect. 8 to 10 TMG to monitor transferred or retained third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating any illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected thereby. Any liability in this respect shall, however, only be possible from the time when knowledge is gained of a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will immediately remove these contents.
